If you have just rented a Chimpy Powerbank, report it directly to the Pick-Up Point. The staff will give you a new Chimpy Powerbank.
If you have noticed this too late or you rented a Chimpy Powerbank at a Selecta Machine (only in Switzerland), fill out our contact form and provide us with the Chimpy-NO which you can find on the back of the powerbank under the barcode.
